Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

Bizvo helps shop owners manage their business: posters, a credit ledger, and their Google listing. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email address and profile picture, and the language you choose — taken from Google or Facebook when you sign in. We never see your password, because we do not have one.

Why we collect it

To run the product you asked for — to show your ledger balances, render your posters with your own branding, and publish to your Google listing.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal data, or that of your customers, to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure needed to run Bizvo: Google and Facebook for sign-in, Google Business Profile when you choose to connect a listing, and our database and file-storage providers. Each is bound by their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Access and a copy: Settings → Your data → Download my data gives you a complete file of everything we hold about you.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your data is removed and any stored files are purged. Backups age out on their own schedule and are never restored over a live account.

Security

Sign-in tokens from Google and Facebook are encrypted before storage. Sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies, and sensitive endpoints are rate-limited. Access to the production database is restricted and every administrative action is logged.

Questions or complaints

Email hello@bizvo.in with any question about this policy or your data. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects your data, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.
